In all cases, the creative vision, preparatory work, plus development of the concepts & ideas for all of DGLemeh’s original artworks featured (e.g.: illustrations, paintings, photography, video, mixed media artworks, etc.) were created by & under the auspices of said interdisciplinary- intermedia artist, Dorotha Udeagbor Grace Lemeh, ‘Dori’.  This said, without the professionalism & technical support from a rather incredibly special & hardworking individual, specifically, Jenn Fortnash, my vision of such animated/video works, As I dreamt It, So What Dear Reader Do I Create, The Gateway, Bird Song, & Cycles, would have taken an even longer time to emerge.
In the case of the video component of the FOLD series, special recognition is to be given to Angie & Tesha, who served as models for various segments in FOLD’s Wash Day (not yet featured), FOLD: The Night’s Wind & Iron Maidens. Special recognition and full out applause is given to Vrishan Seepersad, whose technical support in areas of video production during our filming & editing sessions, assisted in helping my vision to come to life. For B-roll film clips & technical consultation, special recognition is given to Jenn Fortnash of Fortnash Studio. As always your assistance is truly valued and appreciated.
For my journey as an artist, I acknowledge and give thanks to some rather remarkable women who live beyond the veil—my mother, Dorotha H. Lemeh and grandmothers, Lucille E. Hill & Mary Lemeh.  I am so blessed that each of you as our family’s matriarchs taught all of us to appreciate & value the societal contributions made by our family members to the community. Even without knowing or understanding the ways in which your sacrifices were going to make a difference in our lives you did so with unfailing faith & acknowledgment that a Higher Power – The Divine in All Things – would see us through. Your unsung roles as provider, counselor, defender, confidant & comforter for the immediate family & the extended family members within the community remains truly remarkable.
For the entire FOLD series, I commend those of you who served and in some cases continue to serve in the capacity of maids, caregivers & educators. Your service to our world is incredibly valuable & therefore I salute you.  I also acknowledge and give thanks to Charles N. Lemeh (father) and my siblings, Wayne, Eva & Carol, who throughout my lifetime continue to encourage, support, and believe in me and in all of my creative endeavors as an artist. Each of you ground me in your own way, and I remain eternally grateful.
The series in this expanding story of FOLD is dedicated to all of you, who (without question) believed in & continue to support my artistic practice. So as I move forward, it is with heartfelt appreciation that I provide special acknowledgment as well as give thanks to the following individuals:
